Specialty Techniques Practiced: Using the butt end of your brush to pull paint in thin, short lines (this technique works great for the thin veins of butterfly wings)
Specialty Supplies Needed (other than paints, brushes, and paper): butt end of a brush, white gouache (I like Dr. Ph Martin's Bleed Proof White, but white gel pens would work too)
Paper Size and type: Cold-pressed 140 lb., video shows 2 5x7 inch paintings. Brand: Arches
